Having this feature enables us to respond and take a detailed report of your needs or support requirements. We can track and deal with your issue much quicker. This also enables us to keep our prices down without having to employ telephone support staff and no waiting in long phone queues when we can respond much quicker by e-mail. All our support tickets are answered quickly depending on the nature of the problem.
